All byCookieCrafts products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange (with the exception of items marked "final sale," which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from bycookiecrafts.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Please send a email to email@example.com with the title "Refund Request". In the content please put your order ID and state the item you would like to return. This will prompt you to make either a return or exchange. Please allow 1-2 days processing to receive an reply.
You will then be able to print a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and schedule a USPS pickup or drop it off at your local post office!
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If there are any damages to your item during shipping we will replace it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
