Where do you currently ship?

We currently offer shipping within Canada and the U.S.

How long between the time I order and the time it ships?

We understand that laser machine creators often need acrylic sheets to fulfill orders and create projects, and will work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

Estimated shipping times:

  • Processing time: It takes 1 business day for your order to be processed and get ready for dispatch. Processing time may increase during holiday seasons, we strongly encourage you to plan ahead.

Please note that quoted shipping times are in addition to the estimated wait time on pre-order items. If you don't receive your order within 10 business days of shipping notification, please contact us at support@cohnacrylics.com

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders above CA$200 / US$160. Shipping fee for all other orders is a flat rate CA$12.99 / US$9.99.

Will I need to pay import and custom fees?

While we are confident that there will be no import or custom fees, buyers are responsible for all local duties and customs fees in countries where applicable. COHn Acrylics is not responsible for any packages returned to the sender due to unpaid customs fees.

Please understand that import fees are NOT charged by COHn Acrylics, and these are not reflected in the final purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. Import and custom fees are charged by your country of residence to cover the cost of importing international goods.

While we do not currently offer shipping beyond North America, customers outside North America will be responsible for all import duties required by their country of residence. We highly recommend researching your country's import fees to avoid surprise charges and unforeseen delays in delivery.

Help! I put in the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

We strive to ensure our customers get their acrylics on time and will ship out orders as quickly as one business day. As a result, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order. COHn Acrylics is not responsible for any packages returned to the sender due to inputting an incorrect delivery address.

If the need to amend your address is caught early, please email support@cohnacrylics.com with the following information as soon as possible:

  1. Subject line: Order number (found on confirmation email) - CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
  2. Email body: (i) Recipient's full name, (ii) correct address

Can I amend and/or cancel my order?

We strive to ensure our customers get their acrylics on time and will ship out orders as quickly as one business day. As a result, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes! COHn Acrylics strives to ensure our customers have the best experience with us. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please email support@cohnacrylics.com for assistance.

Do I have to pay for my own return shipping?

Customers wishing to return or exchange an item are responsible for paying the cost of shipping back to us. This is in lieu of a re-stocking fee that is normally charged. We sincerely hope our customers understand as we are a new business - we are working towards offering free returns in the future to ensure our customers get better service.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we have received and processed your returned products, refunds will returned to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

How should I package the item(s) that I'm returning?

We will provide you with our return shipping address and return instructions via email once we have initiated your return/exchange.

Order Tracking

An email will be sent to you with tracking information once your order has been processed. If you don’t see a “Track Order” link, your order is processing.
