Ordering from Europe?

Due to European Union import regulations, we are currently unable to accept orders over €150 (excluding shipping) under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system.

Orders over €150 are no longer eligible for simplified customs clearance and may be subject to unexpected import duties and VAT, which we cannot collect or manage on your behalf.

What does this mean for you?
If your cart total is over €150, we kindly ask that you split your order into multiple separate orders, each under the €150 threshold (excluding shipping).

To help with this:

✅ We will refund 50% of the extra shipping cost for your additional orders.
✅ Just email us at support@cohnacrylics.com or leave a note at checkout saying “EU order - please combine shipping.”
✅ We’ll process your partial shipping refund once your order is packed.

Why we do this:
We want to give our European customers the best experience possible, without surprise fees or delays. Until we implement a full DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, this is the most reliable and cost-effective method for both sides.
