Do you accept returns?

Do I have to pay for my own return shipping?

Customers wishing to return or exchange an item are responsible for paying the cost of shipping back to us. Alternatively, COHn Acrylics can arrange the return shipping and deduct the fee from your refund. This is in lieu of a re-stocking fee that is normally charged.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we have received and processed your returned products, refunds will returned to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

How should I package the item(s) that I'm returning?

We will provide you with our return shipping address and return instructions via email once we have initiated your return/exchange.
